About Noel
I’m Noel, a licensed Realtor and Loan Officer with Stigler Mortgage, serving clients throughout California. I help people navigate real estate and financing decisions at every stage, and my experience on both sides of the transaction allows me to provide clear and thoughtful guidance from start to finish. Whether someone is buying, selling, refinancing, or investing, my approach is centered on education, transparency, and consistent communication.
I was drawn to real estate and lending after seeing family members and people close to me get taken advantage of simply because they were not given clear explanations or honest guidance. Watching that happen was frustrating, especially knowing how overwhelming the process can feel when no one takes the time to walk you through it. That experience shaped how I work today. I make it a priority to break things down, explain the numbers, and make sure clients understand their options so they can move forward with confidence and clarity.
Every situation is different, and I believe the strategy should reflect that. I work with more than 20 lenders, which allows me to explore a wide range of loan programs and structures based on each client’s goals and financial picture. I stay hands on and detail oriented throughout the process, helping avoid surprises and keeping everything on track whether that means structuring the right financing, positioning a home for sale, or guiding a transaction through escrow.
I serve clients across California, with particular experience in San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles, and San Diego counties. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, easy to reach, and committed to being a long term resource for my clients, not just someone they hear from at closing.
